ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Information Regarding Digital Artwork:
If digital artwork is provided and is in the wrong format,
production delays may occur. Please contact us if you have any questions
regarding the artwork format you want to use.

Please Note:
If no acceptable artwork file can be provided, an additional art fee
will be charged. In most cases there is a $25.00 charge for black and white
artwork and $35.00 for color artwork.
Preferred Files for Glass Engraving:
Artwork must be crisp, black and white, no jagged edges, no grayscales.
Preferred artwork is CDR, AI, EPS, and PDF. All artwork must be
300 DPI or greater.
Preferred Files for Sublimation:
For full color sublimation please provide high quality, crisp, full color
artwork, 300 DPI or greater. For black and white sublimation please provide
black and white artwork. Artwork with grayscales is acceptable most of the
time. Black and white artwork needs to be 300 DPI or greater.
Preferred Files for Computerized Engraving:
We are looking for vector art in an acceptable format.
Acceptable files include vector - .EPS, .AI, .CDR or similar files that are
created in Adobe Illustrator, or Corel Draw. Please convert all text to
curves/outline to avoid any font issues. Raster images such as TIFF, EPS,
BMP, etc. are accepted for some but not all items. All artwork must be 300
DPI or greater and must be black and white with no grayscales.
Please do not submit graphics that are copied from the web, these
graphics are produced at a setting that is too low to reproduce as good
quality artwork.
