This Plaque is available as a 9 x 12 with 12 black with gold trim brass engraving plates or a 12 x 15 with 24 black with gold trim brass engraving plates. (9x12 shown in picture) This plaque includes engraving for Header (large top plate) and all individual plates at the time of purchase. Please see artwork specs for artwork requirements. Please Note: To purchase engraving for individual plates in the future the cost will be $6.00 per plate.
