SHIPPING

Shipping is through UPS. Free shipping for $100 orders is for ground shipping only. Cincinnati Recognition Products only ships within the USA. For more shipping information, please email us at sales [AT] cincyawards.com.

ORDER CHANGES

Order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any changes or additions will require a new sales order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our products are personalized to meet your needs, as such any cancellation after 24 hours of ordering will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

ORDER RETURN POLICY

All returns require an RMA number. Please call Customer Service at 513-245-2400 if you require a return. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all approved returns, plus $2.00 per trophy for engraved plate. Engraved medals, plaques and custom items cannot be returned for credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please check your order upon receipt.
